European Plan
Located 700 km north of Montreal, our Pipmuacan Reservoir facilities are set on a narrow peninsula in Baie des Hirondelles at the north end of the reservoir. We guarantee a large number of bays for pike fishing and many deep areas teeming with lake trout. A trail also leads to lake Marlène reknown for its brook trout. Our camp can accomodate 4 to 8 people. This package includes: 18-foot boats with 15hp outboards. N.B. Only one party of 4 to 8 persons can be catered at one time. Previously called Lac Richard, lake Damasse is 9 km long and provides access to a number of smaller lakes where you can fish brook trout. At lake Richard Lodge, we offer a personalized service in verry clean log cabins and higher quality meals. The maximum capacity of the lodge being 18 people we, the owners, have the time to cater to each guest's needs. The European Package Plan We meet our ghests at Montreal International Airport and drive them to the seaplane base in Chicoutimi. The outfitter is reached after a one-hour flight. On the menu, pike fishing and rustic cabin lodge, brook tout fishing at Lac Richard Lodge, abundant scenery and wildlife, the likes of which you have never seen before ! All this ending with a meal of typical Quebec dishes prepared by our chef. Book now ! Located in - more precisely in the province of Quebec on the 50th parallel - Domaine Pipmuacan offers you a package made to measure for its European clientele. We offer a nine-day vacation seven of which are spent in the greater outdoors and fishing. The first and the last days are reserved for travelling. Domaine Pipmuacan Outfitter attends to its guests beginning at the airport, spending the first night in a B&B. The following day we rendezvous at the seaplane base for your seven-day wilderness stay. We have planned outdoor activities for you such as brook trout fishing, an expedition to Pipmuacan reservoir to fish pike, river fly-fishing, wildlife observation, hiking and much more! We will do everething to help you enjoy your Canadian holiday at the fullest. A 9-day excursion - 7 days in the forest *Includes the round trip Montreal-Outfitter, accomodation, meals at the outfitter, boat, motor, gasoline, and one guide per group. *Participants are required to help the guide with housework and meals. Prices are available upon request. Required gear: backpack, sleeping bag, fishing gear, rubber boots, warm clothing, alcoholic beverages, insecticide, worms. The following are not included: - Meals and beverages during the trip to the outfitter and the return trip; Activities offered : Fishing at Pipmuacan Reservoir with a sleepover (pike, whitefish, brook trout); Fishing at Lac Richard, sleeping at the lodge (brook trout); River fly-fishing (brook trout and red trout); Hiking (splending panoramas, mushroom picking when in season); Observation : birds, bears, caribou, moose ; Canoeing: Hicking and fishing with a night under the stars (large trout). 3 days corporate packages
Domaine Pipmuacan Outfitter offers a 3 three-day package for people with very little time to enjoy themselves and relax. Our organisation take charge of you upon your arrival at St-Hubert airport, on the south shore of Montreal. From there you will be flown to St-Honoré's seaplane base on lake Sébastien (near Chicoutimi) followed by a one-hour flight in a seaplane. Once at the lodge your guest will be fishing before they realise they have arrived on site. We have planned two days of fishing at your own rhythm. The seaplane remains at your disposal at all times and take your group to the reservoir to fish pike or for a simple familiarisation tour. Evenings, there is nothing better than fishing peacefully on the main lake. And what a better end to such a day than an extraordinary gastronomic dinner cooked by the owner with your own catches.
